Tuesday, May 2 - Commercial Document Preparation for Beginners Workshop
This LaserPro training session focuses on the steps for producing loan closing documents for commercial loans in the software. This hands-on training is for new and experience processors responsible for creating non-disclosable loan packages. The admin functionality of LaserPro will not be covered. The class is taught at a beginner’s level. New and experienced processors will benefit most from this class.

PLEASE NOTE: This class will NOT cover any Admin functionality of LaserPro. This is not a compliance training class. There will be no compliance information covered during this session.

Audience Individuals responsible for preparing commercial loan documents using LaserPro.
 

Wednesday, May 3 - Consumer Real Estate for Beginners Workshop
This hands-on beginner’s course focuses on using LaserPro to produce Consumer Real Estate loan documentation for loans subject to the TRID Regulation. The first section of this course navigates through LaserPro’s Processing workflow to produce a Loan Estimate and early disclosures. The second section walks through LaserPro’s Doc Prep phase to produce a Closing Disclosure and closing loan documentation. Please Note: This is not a compliance seminar. The trainer cannot render compliance advice or legal advice.

Main Objectives
• Learn to navigate and produce loan documentation in the LaserPro Software
• Understand the Processing workflow and the Document Prep Workflow

Agenda
• Complete the Processing workflow to generate and review a Loan Estimate and early disclosure package
• Complete the Doc Prep workflow to generate and review a Closing Disclosure and closing document package

Prerequisites
To fully benefit from this workshop, participants should possess the following skills:
• Basic computer skills
• Basic window-based program skills
• Basic knowledge of their bank’s lending policies and practices relating to Consumer Real Estate Loans subject to the TRID Regulation

Audience Individuals responsible for preparing consumer real estate loan documents using LaserPro. This workshop will not address secondary market documentation.


Thursday, May 4 - Tips, Shortcuts and Best Practices Workshop
This hands-on beginner’s course is designed to teach someone how to edit and navigate through the administrative database of the LaserPro software. The first part of this course focuses on the setup and functionality of the General System Setup, while the send part of the day focuses on the setup and functionality of the LaserPro Loan Processing Setup. Please Note: This is not a compliance seminar. The trainer cannot render compliance advice or legal advice. 

Main Objectives
• Understand the different administrative sections of the LaserPro software
• Learn and understand how the administrative sections affect the user side of the software
• Learn to efficiently maintain and edit the administrative database

Agenda
• Review General System Setup with a focus on the following areas: Institution Information and User Information
• Review LaserPro Loan Processing Setup with a focus on the following areas: Rates, Policies, Forms, Libraries, and Templates

Prerequisites
To fully benefit from this workshop, participants should possess the following skills:
• Basic computer skills
• Basic window-based program skills
• Basic knowledge of their bank’s lending policies and practices
