Hosted by a group of state bankers associations, we are pleased to announce this new Women Bank President/CEO Retreat!

The new retreat has been designed specifically for female bankers who are president and/or CEO of their bank, providing an intimate setting, ensuring a safe and supportive environment where female CEOs and presidents can engage in meaningful discussion, share experiences and insights, learn form the retreat faciliators and other participants, and form invaluable peer connections. With a limited group size, participants will have ample opportunity to explore critical topics, gain fresh perspectives, and cultivate strategies for personal and professional growth.

What Can You Expect at this Retreat?

Facilitated Discussions: Led by seasoned industry consultants, sessions will delve into pertinent challenges, emerging trends, and innovative solutions directly related to your role and our banking industry.

Networking Opportunities: Dedicated sessions (and a fun activity!) are scheduled for peer networking, enabling participants to exchange ideas and build relationships that will last far beyond the retreat.

Safe and Unique Space: Recognizing the importance of creating a safe and unique space, the retreat aims to foster open dialogue and mutual support among women leaders navigating similar professional landscapes.

Simply put, this retreat is not just another event. It has been designed by a group of women bank CEOs/presidents who serve on the retreat advisory group. Whether you seek to refine leadership skills, strategize for organizational success, or simply connect with peers who share your journey, this retreat promises to be a cornerstone in your professional development.

Banker Registration Details

The registration fee of $995/banker attendee includes program registration and materials, opening evening reception and dinner; two breakfasts; Tuesday lunch; refreshment breaks; and an optional networking activity for Tuesday afternoon.

Retreat registration is limited to the first 35 registered bankers. Early registration is suggested.

Refund Policy: Refunds for cancellations received before November 1, 2024 will be refunded in full. After November 1, 2024, a cancellation fee of $150 will be charged for any cancellations. No refunds will be available for cancellations received after December 27, 2024. Cancellation requests should be made in writing via email to WBAeducation@wisbank.com.
