Although ACH is generally an automated process, there is always the possibility of exceptions. As a receiving institution, we have no control over the types of entries that are sent to us, and so we have to decide what is the best way to handle the situation.

Join us as a WACHA expert guides you through the best course of action to take in exception processing from returns to notifications, plus new rules and requirements. Come ready with your own scenarios so we can all learn from real-life challenges.

ACH Operations, AAP Candidates, Compliance Officers and ACH Auditors
