This hands-on beginner’s course is designed to teach someone how to edit and navigate through the administrative database of the LaserPro software. The first part of this course focuses on the setup and functionality of the General System Setup, while the send part of the day focuses on the setup and functionality of the LaserPro Loan Processing Setup. Main Objectives • Understand the different administrative sections of the LaserPro software • Learn and understand how the administrative sections affect the user side of the software • Learn to efficiently maintain and edit the administrative database
Agenda • Review General System Setup with a focus on the following areas: Institution Information and User Information • Review LaserPro Loan Processing Setup with a focus on the following areas: Rates, Policies, Forms, Libraries, and Templates
Prerequisites To fully benefit from this workshop, participants should possess the following skills: • Basic computer skills • Basic window-based program skills • Basic knowledge of their bank’s lending policies and practices
