Facilitator

  • Phillip Foster - Phillip Foster is Regional Vice President at SRM (Strategic Resource Management), an independent firm that helps financial institutions identify cost savings and new revenue potential in their contractual relationships. Phillip brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial institution and financial technology space.  Prior to his role as Regional Vice President at SRM, Phillip worked with financial Institutions at a global card processor as well as at Visa Inc., managing relationships with banks all across the United States. In his current role, Phillip utilizes his industry knowledge to deliver value across all business units and organizations and continues to position SRM as the premier provider of bottom-line enhancement strategies for financial institutions across the US and Canada.  Phillip and his team work with banks on cost reduction, vendor negotiations, contract management, and overall vendor strategy.
    Phillip holds an MBA from the University of Denver, and a BA from Arizona State University, and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking Colorado.  A proud native of Denver, CO, he, his wife, and three children live in Cherry Hills, CO.
