Facilitator
Kari Kronberg, AAP, APRP, NCP, is a Director of Education at PaymentsFirst, with offices in Wisconsin and Maryland. At Macha, Kari is responsible for conducting association training and certification programs, assisting with event planning, and member service. Prior to joining the Macha team in 2021, she worked at a financial institution for 11 years and in the Operations Department as the Debit Card Manager for seven years. Kari obtained her AAP certification in 2017, NCP certification in 2022, and APRP certification in 2023.
