  • Voya provides access and essential risk management for banks to acquire loans from the $1.4 trillion national scale senior loan market.
  • Banks receive underwriting and risk management support from Voya for the life of each loan employing industry best practices.
  • Banks acquire a diversified portfolio of loans within their loan policy parameters, at their size and risk preference.
  • Portfolios are acquired and managed to meet regulator pronouncements (according to regulator expectations.)
