Kristi’s wealth of expertise in onboarding, training, facilitation, curriculum design, and resource utilization enables her to collaborate effectively with business leaders to implement impactful learning opportunities that enrich talent and drive results. Kristi’s passion for advancing professional skills is evident in her use of effective adult education methodologies that empower employees to thrive. Kristi’s extensive experience in the community banking industry, where she served as a leadership banker and Director of Professional Development for a banking association, has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to train and motivate employees at all levels.
