Facilitator
Allen Young currently serves as Vice President of Education, delivering education and consulting services to our members and clients.  Prior to the formation of PaymentsFirst in 2015, Allen served as President and CEO of the South Carolina Automated Clearing House Association (SOCACHA) since 2008. Before joining the association in 1998, Allen spent 17 ½ years in bank operations and data processing for several community banks as Operations Manager, Data Processing Manager, and Programmer.  Allen is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), having received his certification in 1998.  He received his APRP certification in 2026.
